Warrior Within 33 is an original mix of Yoga, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu specifically designed to push students past Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual limits.


This class utilizes 33 specific poses and positions for effective self defense. All of the benefits of Yoga, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu in one fast paced and educational hour.


This class is for all levels and includes NO physical contact with other students. Our main focus is on the greatest opponent you will ever face... yourself.

YOGA mat/towel suggested but not required.
