This program is a fast paced and high energy combination of punches, knees, elbows, and kicks to get you drenched. This is our signature program and uses techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing by incorporating Jump Rope, Pad Work, Bag Work, and Clinch Ideal for Students with or without prior Muay Thai, Boxing, or MMA experience.

Beginner Muay Thai is for all skill levels and focuses on Mastering the Fundamental Techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing so that they can be utilized in a self defense situation in a very intense 1 Hour Workout designed for Men, Women, and Teens. (Boxing Gloves, Hand Wraps, Comfortable Workout Clothes, and a SMILE)
